I have been a patient of Dr. Vachon for over 20 years. I have referred several of my friends and family to his practice because I have ALWAYS been more than satisfied with his care. His staff is always friendly and accommodating. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for any appointment including emergency appointments!! The office and equipment is always spotless which is important to me.

I came for a semi-annual visit, and had also made an appointment to check out a problem immediately following. I also had developed pain in another area of my mouth. Both of those areas were checked, minor correction to one area rendered, and possibilities for the other area raised and education provided. I was not charged for the second consultation time. Both Drs. Vachon were involved in that consult. They both demonstrate customer service and professionalism.
Ann makes me feel like I'm family when I walk in. I also noticed everyone in the office who walks by always smiles and says hi like I'm stopping by for a cup of coffee. Dr. Vachon (Rick) is an old friend and has taken very good care of my teeth for years. My smile is thanks to him!

I have been to your practice once before when I was referred to you. I had quite a good experience. But, when I had to come in for an emergency appointment today, I couldn't believe how accommodating you were! I was very stressed out about having a cracked molar that was attributed to my bruxism. Dr. Jeffrey and his assistant (I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name :/) were so nice, gentle and reassuring. The procedure in itself was quick and seamless. They explained everything to me and I left feeling beyond relieved. I will be telling everyone about this!
